Cavaliers are known for the King’s thumbprint on their head, a brown spot on Blenheim’s. This is the only time we have seen the thumbprint on a cheek though! Her name is Maple.

My Blenheim Christy has a “smudgie” on her right cheek also. My previous cavalier had the blenheim spot on her head…but this is more like she got into some chocolate and has the effects on her cheeks.
