Daddy’s Recovery (video)

Daddy had knee replacement last August, 2011. We are behind posting videos, cause Willie is the only one that knows how to manage the youtube account, and he is lazy. Well, anyway, they gave daddy this machine to lay his leg in, that moves it continuously. but when it runs and daddy isn’t in bed, its pretty scary, as you can see in this video. watch it on youtube if its not below.

    Rod,

OMG! Total knee replacements are such a painful surgery. I hope you had a spinal anesthetic and a femoral nerve block! I am a surgical recovery room RN, caring for total joint patients among other things.

Btw, what is the brand of those vitamin supplements you give your sweet dogs? I had kept one of your posts in a health folder in my Yahoo email, but that account is toast and I can no longer access it. So all of the neat Cavalier related info I was saving, is lost.

I hope your recovery from your surgery went well. I know that the CPM is a pain, but it is needed to keep your range of motion intact, knee-wise.

    Kindest regards!
