Pogo was one of the sweetest rescues we ever had. I never will understand why one foster parent didn’t want him, but in any case he wasn’t hard to adopt again. He was so sweet, loved playing and running (no one ever told him he only had 3 legs!) He was so sweet but not needy, housebroken didn’t bark, just a perfect companion. Never fought with another dog, housebroken, just the best. Anyway, he has been adopted by someone that really loves him, he has a new family, and his new mommy is a counselor, and he gets to go to school and work with her. I am guessing we aren’t going to get a 3 legged cavalier rescue again anytime soon, but bring it on!
