Darling Darla was found as a stray in Southwest OK. She had been dumped
and left to fend for herself, even though she had a severe leg injury.
The vet believes her injury was caused by blunt trauma. She is very
malnourished, she weighs 9 lbs when she should weigh 18-20 lbs.
She was about to be euthanized within 48 hours, when a good Samaritan
called Lucky Star Rescue and asked if they could get her. This poor
girl is under veterinary care and rescue is going to
do everything they can to try to save her leg.
