Lucas our new rescue brother is really sweet. He’s 2 years old, but only weighs 12 pounds, and he is really cute. He came from the Waco puppy mill bust, he was one of 8 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels rescued by the cavalier rescue group and the Waco SPCA.
